At the Thursday, Sept. 25th, City of Austin council meeting, the mayor and city council will bring the much anticipated resolution against the Patriot Act to the dais for a vote following the continuation of held-over public input - starting at 6:00 pm. At 5:30 p.m., in the courtyard in front of the chambers, Austinites will gather for a "Save the Bill of Rights" support party; a pre-celebration of the resolution's certain passage!
